Monthly Payment Assistance  

This is a comprehensive solution for your new home.  The payment assistance is not just for first time homebuyers and if you are a renter you can become a homeowner with this assistance program from Help You Buy, Inc.  You will receive monthly mortgage payments to help pay your mortgage every month.  You may choose to receive these funds over a period of time ranging from ten to twenty-four months. Funds are deposited into your account on the 25th day of each month.

Help You Buy, Inc. has also developed a program to help you determine what price range of home you can afford. You will need to consult with your lender as to the best payment program for you.  If you do not have a lender, Help You Buy, Inc. works with a preferred lender Paragon Group Mortgage Inc. who can walk you through the program every step of the way.
